Welcome to Sprout & Stomp (“Sprout & Stomp”, “we”, “us”). By using tinyromp.com you agree to these Terms of Use on behalf of yourself and any child in your care.

1. Site Usage

Sprout & Stomp shares toddler activity ideas, play prompts, printable play plans, and writing about play-based learning, offered as inspiration for parents and caregivers. You may use these ideas at home, in a childminding setting, or in a classroom. You may not republish our activity write-ups, compile them into a book or paid resource, or harvest the site by automated means.

2. Revenue Links

Some product links pay us a commission and the site shows advertising, which is how the site stays free. It does not shape which materials we suggest. Our Affiliate Disclosure and Advertising Disclosure explain the arrangements.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the site grows. The revision date is shown above, and using the site after a revision means you accept the new version.

4. No Guarantees

Activities are described “as is” and are not developmental, therapeutic, or medical advice. Every activity assumes continuous adult supervision, age suitability judged by you, and attention to choking and materials hazards — the Disclaimer covers this in detail and you should read it before trying anything here.

5. Exclusion of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Sprout & Stomp is not liable for any injury, illness, damage, or loss arising from an activity you set up, a material you choose, or supervision you provide. That responsibility rests with the supervising adult.

6. Comments

Comments and shared photos remain yours; posting them gives us permission to display and moderate them here. Please think carefully before sharing identifiable images or details of children. We will remove content that identifies a child unsafely, that is abusive, or that advertises a product, and we may close comments at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The activity descriptions, photographs of our own setups, printables, and site design belong to Sprout & Stomp or our licensors. You are welcome to link to an activity or quote briefly with credit. Copying an activity post in full onto another site or social account is not permitted, even with attribution.

8. Links Elsewhere

We link to shops, makers, and other blogs we have no control over. We do not vet their products for safety or verify their claims, and their terms govern your dealings with them.
